Meow! I'm Macy!
Himalayan, Senior female
Adult Female
All efforts were made to help Macy keep her leg but, unfortunately, she did undergo amputation surgery. Since then, she has made a full recovery and has been adopted. She lives in a home with children and other pets and plenty of furniture to sleep on. She gets around great on 3 legs and is enjoying her best life.
Macy came to CARE due to a leg injury that requires daily bandage changes, cleaning and therapy laser treatment. It is not certain if she will be able to keep her leg but the volunteers of CARE are devoted to doing everything to help her. She is 13 year old blue point Himalayan. She is spayed and vaccinated and a little sassy. She loved canned food and being brushed. While she is not ready to find a home yet, we are confident she is in good hands and on her way to recovery.
